The Luce Scholar Application can be completed either online or on your own computer by downloading an MS Word Version.

To complete your application online, you need to provide your name and a password that uniquely identifies you. Type your first name, last name and a password into the input boxes below and click the button labelled "OK Up". If your name and password are recognized, any existing forms you have saved will be recalled for editing. If you are not recognized or if you have not saved any forms, a blank application will appear.
NOTE: Some browsers don't have the ability to save the online PDF form. If you do not have a computer equiped with Internet Explorer and a recent version of Acrobat Reader, make sure you test the "Save" function by typing your just your name on the application, saving it and opening it again. If your computer/browser is unable to save the online application, please use the Microsoft Word version.
